Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

From time to time, Modop Store may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • A tracking link (when available)

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers.

You may receive:

  • Multiple tracking numbers
  • Separate delivery dates

There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments unless disclosed at checkout.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  2. Check with household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier.

Modop Store will assist in investigating the shipment, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.
